Privacy Policy

Klip (contact@lacobble.dev) processes the links and content you choose to save, solely to let you find and organize them.

1. Saved content

When you share a link into Klip, the app extracts structured information (ingredients, dates, color palette, etc.) to build your card. This processing exists only to organize your content.

2. Sync

Your klips, collections, and favorites are stored on your device and synced across your Apple devices via iCloud (CloudKit, private container). If you turn on server sync in Settings, the content of your klips and collections (title, link, extracted fields, modification dates) is also sent, with an access key specific to your install, to a server operated by LaCobble and hosted at Hetzner (Germany, European Union) — solely so you can reach your klips on the web and share a collection by link. Nothing is sent unless you enable it.

3. No data resale

Klip never sells your saved content or browsing history to third parties.

4. Showcase website

This website may use Google Analytics only if you allow it via the cookie banner.

5. Data deletion

Delete a klip, a collection, or the app itself to remove the corresponding data from your devices and iCloud account. Data held on the sync server is deleted on request by email.
